Do you have a free plan?
Yes. There is a free plan which will give you 15 credits to try out AskLua platform. You can sign up here.
Can I sign-up with a free email domains like gmail or yahoo?
No. Please use the company email to sign-up. We don’t allow free email domains.
How does it work?
You need to purchase interview credits to invite candidates for the test.
- You can invite a candidate to take the test and an email will be sent. For every invite sent a certain amount of credits will be deducted. You can choose any existing assessment to invite the candidate for testing.
- You can also combine related skills to create a custom assessment and invite candidates for the same.
- Since the test is conducted by Lua, candidates can take the tests at their convenience.
- Interview report is available as soon as the interview is over for you to review.
Can I cancel an existing interview invite?
Yes, you can cancel a sent invite and you will get your credit back.
What will happen if my interview credits become zero?
Based on your requirements and hiring needs you can buy credits to top up again.
When will my credits expire?
Credits have no expiry date. They will be available for an infinite amount of time.
What kind of skill sets can you test?
You can visit our test library to see the list of available competencies. Some of the competencies have default assessments under them. In the free plan, you can use them to invite the candidate for test
Can I create my own test?
Yes. If you purchase credits, you can create a custom assessment with questions of your choice from related competencies.
Are custom assessments available in the free plan?
No, to create custom assessments, you are required to buy credits or use a paid plan.
Do you have plans for campus hiring or weekend drives?
Yes. We have already supported few campus hiring events and handled bulk interviews at the same time. For more details, you can reach us at email@example.com.
Do you have in-built basic ATS?
ATS is a broad term. What we offer is a simple way to track your candidates against your open job listings. This is what it lets you do:
- Track all your job openings
- Add candidates against each of job openings
- Move each candidate to different status (Shortlisted, Interview in progress, Pending interview review, Hiring status)
- Let your interviewer give his feedback and share notes on candidate test performance
We also support third party ATS integrations. Feel free to reach out to use and we will enable third-party ATS integration.
Do I have to pay extra to use the ATS?
No, we do not take any additional charges for the ATS, it is absolutely free and will remain free.
Do I need to register my credit card to sign-up for a free trial?
No. We don’t collect or ask for credit card details for a free trial.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds, for the reasons that are listed below:
- We want you to use the product and be sure before you purchase paid credits.
- We offer you a free trial to try out the product and see if this solves your hiring needs.
- To give you flexibility we refrain from collecting monthly or annual subscriptions so that you don’t have to pay fixed money irrespective of hiring needs.
- We also offer you flexible interview credits purchase. You can buy any number based on your hiring needs and it can be as low as 10 interview credits
- All the above-mentioned features make pricing extremely flexible, affordable and cost-effective.
